Default Address Identifiers

Default address identifiers provides a way to define identifiers on e.g. customers and ship-to-addresses and have identifiers automatically assigned on consignments.

Eori specified on Customer and Company Information is automatically syncronized to a Default Address Identifyer with Identifier Code "Eori".



Field name Description
Source Type Conditional column.
Source No. Conditional column.
Source Address Code Conditional column.
Identifier Code Specifies the identifier code.
Value Specifies the identifier value.

When a consignment is sent to Logtrade the contry code of the recipient address decides if Eori, EoriGB or VoecIdNumber shall be sent to Logtrade. If the recipient country is within EU Eori is used. If recipient country is GB then EoriGB is used and if recipient country is Norway then VoecIdNumber is used to identify the sender in the recipient country.
