Sales Order Validation Rules

The settings in this list are used when validation delivery data on sales orders. Validation can be triggered manually or automatically when releasing the sales order.

Field name	Description
User ID	Conditional column.
Shipping Agent Code	Conditional column.
Shipping Agent Service Code	Conditional column.
Location Code	Conditional column.
Validate On Release	If specified, a release of a sales order matching the filtering criterias above, will be validated against Logtrade. If validation fails the sales order will not be released.
No. of Packages	The number of packages that will be used when validating. If not specified, the number of packages will be calculated based on the sales order.
Weight	The weight that will be used when validating. If not specified, weight will be calculated based on the sales order.
Volume	The volume that will be used when validating. If not specified, volume will be calculated based on the sales order.
Load Meters	The load meters that will be used when validating. If not specified, load meters will be calculated based on the sales order.
