Create packages from pick documents

Before creating a consignment from a pick document it is possible to create one or more packages. The example below shows an inventory pick but the same logic applies to warehouse pick. When a package is created, items are copied from the pick based on the Qty tp Package column

When the consignment is created for the pick, the created packages are automatically inserted on the consignment.

If a warehouse pick consists of items for multiple recipients, the user must select recipient if there are lines that has a Qty. to package and is designated to different recipients. The image below shows an example where a warehouse pick contains two sales orders for the same customer but different ship-to codes, hence different recipients and the need for two packages that will be used on two different consignments.
