Dangerous Goods

Dangerous goods settings can be defined to automatically create dangerous goods information linked to consignment package lines and have the basic dangerous documents printed. Exactly how these documents look depends on the carrier and carrier product used on a consignment.

Workflow


  1. Enable automatic dangerous goods in the delivery setup.
  2. Specify dangerous goods information for an item.
  3. Create a sales order with the item.
  4. Create a consignment for the sales order.
  5. Create a package line on the consignment.
  6. Verify that dangerous goods has been created for the package line (Action Manage->Dangerous Goods).
  7. Verify that a consignment service for dangerous goods has been created.

Note

Automatic dangerous goods will crete dangerous goods information for all items that has such and link that to the first consignment package line.
