Consignment Items

Items are copied from the source document when the consignment is created (or when the action Fetch Items From Source Documents(s) are used). Items are used for weight/volume calculations, amount calculations, delivery note, customs invoice, dangerous goods etc.

If the consignment has linked source documents, the items from the linked source documents are copied to the consignment.

If the consignment is consolidated, items are copied to the consolidation target.

If the consignment is a containing split consignment, items are copied from the contained consignments.

Item lines are editable.

Field name Description
Item No. The item number.
Description The description of the item.
Quantity The calculated quantity. See calculation base in the table below.
Unit of Measure Code The unit of measure code.
Unit Price The unit price in the currency of the consignment.
Line Discount % The line discount percent.
Amount The line amount.
Net Weight The net weight.
Gross Weight The gross weight.
Volume The volume
Source Document No. The source document number the item line is based on.
Tariff No. Tariff number from the item.

Items are fetched from source documents based on the following fields:

Sales Order Qty. to Ship
Sales Return Order Return Qty. to Receive
Transfer Order Qty. to Ship
Purchase Order Qty. to Receive
Purchase Return Order Return Qty. to Ship
Service Order Qty. to Ship
Sales Shipment Quantity
Transfer Shipment Quantity
Purchase Return Shipment Quantity
Service Shipment Quantity

If the consignment is linked to a warehouse shipment, warehouse pick or inventory pick the following fields are used:

Warehouse Document Type Field name
Inventory Pick Qty. to Handle
Warehouse Pick Qty. to Handle
Warehouse Shipment Quantity to Pick, Quantity to Ship or Quantity depending on the setting of Warehouse Quantity Calculation in Delivery Setup.
